Pricing FAQ
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Scanning, monitoring up to 25 domains, alerts and the secret scanner cost nothing and need no card. Scans are rate limited to keep the service fair for everyone.
What data does a scan use?
Only public information: DNS records, your website's HTTPS response headers, Certificate Transparency logs and the DNS of look-alike domains. Nothing is installed and no credentials are needed. How CrowID handles data.
How does early access work?
We onboard organisations directly and set up the platform modules with your team. Tell us about your estate and we'll reply to arrange a walkthrough.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time from account settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, sessions, scan history, monitored domains and alerts.
